Robins in the Snow

The robins have been flitting around the yard for several days waiting for the arrival of Spring.  Unfortunately, today is not a good day for worm hunting.  This robin is heading for shelter as the snow just keeps falling.  67* yesterday.  25* and snow today!  No sign of the Bluebirds ~ there are little icicles hanging from their house right now.

We've had lots of robins near the house but haven't seen any at the feeders. I was wondering how they were managing to get food when the ground has been frozen for so long.

We've had robins, too. And I saw a very cold Carolin wren at our feeder yesterday. Can we please have Spring now? :) xo
