First One

Received my first Christmas card today. It says: ♪It's the most WEINERFUL time of the year!♪ It looks like they used Jake as the model. 😂 I love it.

Miss Cardinal

It is cold and windy out there this evening, but Miss Cardinal just showed up wanting a bite to eat. Her eyes are on the seeds!

It is a lovely 70 degrees out on this Thanksgiving Day. I just took Jake for a walk and then played with leaves and berries. Perfect!

Moon and Mars

Last night was extremely dark, but very clear. I could easily see the Moon with Mars to its left.

The bottom photo is an example of what you see when you use the APP Skyview Lite and point your phone camera at the sky.

The moon won't be full again until next Monday, but my phone camera made it look full.

Busy November Afternoon

Took advantage of the beautiful 70* today and put the deer out for the Christmas Season, arranged the pumpkins for the creature annual autumn buffet, and did some trimming and raking. More to do out there, but there is time.

In spite of the temperature, each day is looking more like the Autumn transition to Winter.

I bought this sweet little European Cypress at The Fresh Market this week. I love having a little bit of the outdoors inside ~ I put it in an Autumn crock which made it festive looking for Thanksgiving. After, it will be a dear little Christmas tree.
