Jake is Home
We brought Jake home at 5:30. He was a little sleepy but he ate a little dinner and slept most of the evening. Per Dr.'s orders, I took the bright pink bandage where the IV was off a while ago.
So very happy to have the little guy back home with us.
Jake at Banfield
We dropped Jake off at 7:30 this morning for his annual teeth cleaning and 6 month comprehensive exam. I am always a wreck waiting to hear from the doctor. I hate his being put under anesthetic, but I know how very important it is that his teeth be kept clean.
The doctor called at 2:00 ~ Jake had been awake for about 1/2 hour and he got a glowing report. We are blessed to have a healthy happy little doxie.
Thank you God.
We are to pick him up at 4:45. I can't wait to hold him.

Beauty at the Cemetery
Took a pumpkin to put on Mom's grave. It was SO beautiful at the cemetery. I walked through the leaves and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Saw a couple of little deer wandering through. Mom and Patrick would love that deer spend time there.
Autumn Joy
I intended to stay home and catch up on some work today, but staying in on this beautiful 74* Autumn day just didn't make sense. Wishing every day could be just like this!

Autumn
Took Jake for a walk this afternoon. It was a perfectly lovely Autumn day! Went to my booth at Buy the Season and did some work after enjoying the beauty outdoors.

Autumn Beauty
Some of the Autumn color that is showing up in our neighborhood. We had a lot of needed rain today, but it did not keep me from enjoying the beauty.
