What is a Calorie?

Calories are the little creeps that get into your wardrobe at night and sew your clothes tighter.

My closet is infested with the little devils!

My closet, too. I think we need a special kind of exterminator. The little bastards are worse than bedbugs....especially THIS time of year. Tee-Hee. xoxo

They are those awful little things that breed like mad at this time of year, then plan nocturnal attacks on the human body, burrowing under the skin and settling into the adipose tissue layer, making it expand.
Calories are hard to cut or diminish the effects on us, especially as we age---we can't move fast enough to not be their constant targets.
Girdles used to help in making them miserable, at least, but I suspect they were the ones that made a good girdle hard to find....
Sneaky little buggers.....

So true! Your post is hillarious, but not the calories, these persistent troublemakers.
