Isle of Palms

Casey runs 3-1/2 miles every day.  So, this morning we went to Isle of Palms where he could run on the beach and I could walk at the water's edge and enjoy the ocean.  It was cloudy with the threat of rain, but it held off until we left the area.
I can't visit my son without walking one of the nearby beaches!
Many sea murals in the area.
 Rainbow sea foam.
 Sea weed.
A beach is not a beach without a fence or two.
You can't visit the ocean without sea gulls all around.
 Ready for take-off.
Isle of Palms was battered by Hurricane Irma.
 Black and White.
 Black and Brown.
 Exit.
More damage by Hurricane Irma.  Further down the beach Casey saw machinery moving the sand around that had piled very high at the dunes.
 Ahhh! Nothing else like it.
Beneath the Pier.
