Full Flower Moon

This is May's full moon shining over South Carolina tonight!  I had a time finding it as there are many very tall pines here in Casey's yard and in this area ~ some 100+ feet high.  I waited a little too long and it was too dark to get a good shot. It's a beauty, though!
May's Full Flower Moon, also called Mother's Moon, Milk Moon, and Corn Planting Moon, marks a time of increasing fertility with temperatures warm enough for safely bearing young, a near end to late frosts, and plants in bloom.
