Earth Day

EARTH DAY is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, on which events are held worldwide to demonstrate support for environmental protection.  It was first celebrated in 1970, and is now coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network, and celebrated in more than 192 countries each year.

Happy Earth day...we recycled a full barrel today, and recycling in the new house has just begun....We are going to use up everything we can over again....have a glorious day. xox

This is a day that lots of folks, poo poo. But for those of us who love our mother and all she is........thanks for the post. We need to not hide our light under a bushel basket.....yes?????

The four of us went to an Earth Day event at OSU Ag. Center. It was worthwhile, indeed. The boys got shirts which have Hawks on them done by Esperanza Threads. We certainly supported the event! Pat E
