I happened to see this little guy peeking out of his house, so I thought I'd take another look inside.
They are growing fast and looking happy and healthy. Mom must be giving them good eats.
We had to transplant Patrick's rose bush in the Fall. It was in Mom's flower garden right by her door and it grew so well it became way too big for that area. We hoped it would be ok. Voila!! First rose on his bush this Spring. I knew he wouldn't let us down. It is comforting to see the roses everyday. When I think about him now, I can smile without tears falling every single time. I miss him like crazy. He was a great brother!

Beautiful post~~both the baby birds and the thoughts of your dear brother.
It is nice to SMILE when remembering a loved one. I always think that's how they would enjoy seeing us, yes, me included.

Sweet babies! Love seeing them. You are so much earlier there than here, my roses have not even begun to bud up yet, let alone bloom. What kind of a rose is Patrick's rose? Nice post, I'm glad you don't cry every time you think of your sweet brother now. Better to smile because you had him than to cry because he is gone.
Wow! what great photos of the babies! We have chick-a-dees and titmouses in the two houses I can see from the window. Can't see our bluebird box as it is further up the lane.
lovely baby birdies....they are so sweet.
And I love the tribute rose to your dear brother. So pretty.

Patrick's spirit is blooming beautifully. Those baby robins are so sweet. I love their speckles and when they fledge their first flying, so tentative. xox
