My 9 Art Cards for the September/October theme of "Celestial" are headed to the post office tomorrow.  I used some of my moon photos as background, drew and painted the Angel/Spirit, and added shooting stars.

I played a couple of games with Donna's girls last night ~ Googly Eyes and Say Anything.  I didn't do well with Say Anything - not in tune with the likes and dislikes of this age group, so my answers weren't great.  😂😂  We certainly laughed a lot, though!  Fun!

Journal Jam

 I finally Journal Jammed with Effy Wild of The Wilderhood today.  It has been too long.  Really enjoyed it.  She pulled many prompts ~ add tape * spray * use collage elements * drippage * natural object * heart * bubble wrap * use palette knife.  Fun!

Spider Plant

 I brought this Spider Plant home with me from Ohio in July.  It was in a tiny pot and was maybe 3-4" high.

Look at it today!  It has grown SO much and even has a precious tiny flower today.

Prayer Flags

 

I ordered this set of Prayer Flags from Deb Taylor.  Deb lives in the Texas desert where she dyes fabric with natural and local botanicals and makes the most beautiful things from fabric.

It arrived yesterday and I hung it on the porch today.

The prayers. wishes, and good thoughts are blown by the wind, spreading good will and compassion far and wide.

This particular set has a Full Moon pocket for wishes, hopes, and prayers.  Deb included two of her own ~ Trust and Give Love.
