Such a cute little guy! Do you have a lot of them? I'll try and get some pictures of mine, they are much smaller than yours but just as cute. Thanks for clearing up for me what yesterdays bird was. No wonder I didn't recognize her, we don't have cardinals.

Oh my gosh!!!! It's like the little guy was posing for you!
What a hoot...they are THE MOST PERSISTENT creatures (except for the vile chipmunks!) that are on this earth!
Great photos Audrey! And I love the words you've put with them.... :)

XXOO!!

great post. I told ya before I love aquirrels almost as much as turtles....we don't have any near our house now but at the old house there was a huge city park 1 block away. And the little guys entertained the neighborhood. We would have block parties and call them Squirrl watching parties cuz they thought they were invited too. Always ended up stealing something or another from the humans. They have to know they can trust you or you wouldn't have gotten these fabu shots.
Vert word....podfle. That's what squirrels come in podfles of them. Have alovely Sunday (((hugs)) until next time.

Squirrels are fun, my mom had one that would come to her sliding door every morning, when mom opened the door he would come in and sit on the run and wait for his peanuts. He would eat a few and then off he would go until the next day.

LOL
Love your photos - hate the squirrels. They make a mess of everything around us. As somebody said at a homeowners association meeting - "damn rats with cute tail!"

... but your photos are cute. LOL

Ack! I can't comment on your blog from my mobile phone. Why is that? So anyway I saw this post earlier. Why...so many beautiful birds and I love the cobalt blue one. I am afraid of squirrels. We have many on our ash trees and sometimes they run on our roofs. One day I was on the deck and a squirrel was running when I got up it stopped and I shooed it away but it stared at me and for a moment my hairs stood on ends because I was thinking of this Monty Python scene with the harmless rabbit, only it id a harmless squirrel attacking me so I backed out and ran away from a squirrel! I am so afraid they have diseases and rabies.
