Saturday was the Annual Olde Salem Days event. I think everyone in the Roanoke Valley was there ~ very large crowd. It was hard to take photos because of all the people. I took a few photos of some of the more colorful booths.
This is close to the center. The line of tents went just as far in the opposite direction, as well as down some of the side streets. My legs were not happy at the end of the afternoon.

Wow! What a fun place to be! Great photos!
Looks like so much fun! When I was 16 I drove a 1951 VW! True story.

Wow, that is a lot of tents. I fear I would have been in a wheel chair if I attempted the walk. Looks like fun and I enjoyed the old cars. Those booths would have been fun to explore.
This looks like fun! I love old cars, they have so much personality! Good pics of them. :) We are having glorious weather straight through the weekend - I hardly know what to do with myself - lol! xo Pam
Oh WOW, what a great event! Lots of fantastic things to see! I sure would love to have that dragonfly hanging in my room. :)
So wonderful to see you again and all your beautiful photos. And dear Audrey, I'm so very sorry to read about your mother in law. Big, warm hugs to you and your family.
