Sharpie Marker Journal Page
This was one of my first entries in my Sharpie Marker journal. It was a Day of the Dead tribute to my brother Patrick who had passed away.
Living the Creative Life
Wednesday evening, our Living the Creative Life group met at The Village Grill. We sat on the patio which was on the cool side, but we felt safe and enjoyed seeing the Round Robin additions.
Next gathering will be Wednesday, Dec. 8, when we will celebrate Christmas by giving ornaments that we make for each other.
Michelle added the little fisherman under the tree.Amanda added the Roadrunner.
Audrey added the mountains and trees.
Margaret added the moon and crow's song. The sun is angry at the crow for stealing light to make the moon and stars. Crow sings "Cras, Cras!", Latin for "Tomorrow, Tomorrow - there'll be another day for the sun to shine."
Wally added the chariot with Luna, Roman Goddess of the Moon.
Therry added the underwater effect.
Wally shared his latest finished beautiful painting - Memorial Gothic.
Audrey shared her journal that has all pages created with Sharpie Markers.

Halloween
Had to share this sweet Halloween card from dear old friend Tom Stephan. I look forward to these dachshund cards that he sends me every Holiday! 💗 This one is SO cute - I think Jake smiled when I showed it to him.

I was downtown Roanoke today, so I decided to drive up Mill Mountain to see the Roanoke Star. Great idea as I hadn't been up there for a long while. It was beautiful.
Cemetery Visit
Took a little pumpkin to the cemetery yesterday. Forgot the flowers. Will go back another day. It is so pretty and peaceful there.

Fall Color
Out to brunch on this gorgeous Fall day, this was the best I could do for Autumn color. A lot of trees are just beginning to change and with as dry as it has been, we are not expecting our usual beauty. This beautiful blue sky every day would make me very happy!
